For your safety and the protection of our property, if these rules are not kept additional fees and possible cancellation of your stay may be enforced.

~ Guests must be 25 years old to book

~Live surveillance cameras are on the exterior of the property. Tampering with them will result in the immediate cancellation of the stay with no refunds.

~Only host approved guests can be on property.

~Check out is 11:00am. A $25 fee will incur for each additional 15 minutes. Our cleaning crew needs access to the property to clean it for the next guests arriving that day.

~Check in is 4:00pm. Door code will be supplied just before check in time.

~No grilling, no fireworks, no open flame.

~NO SMOKING! If the condo smells like smoke there will be an additional $250 odor remediation fee applied to the guest.

~Staining of sheets, towels, carpet, furniture and/or excessive cleaning of pots and pans due to burnt on food, etc will result in $200 extra cleaning fee.

~Black Makeup wash cloths are provided. Using white towels for makeup removal is prohibited.

~No pets allowed. If pets are brought on property a $200/day fee will be charged and stay may be cancelled.

~No parties. If one is detected the stay is immediately cancelled.

~Parking is allowed under the unit in the 2114 space. One car under the building and one parked behind it.

~Refrigerator must be left empty

~No refunds for third party service interruptions (internet, electric, water, cable)

~The property is close to nature and guests may encounter a few bugs.
